The item looked different from what was described on the site, which was disappointing. I expected it to match the photos and details better. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably just shop somewhere else next time

I ordered from jardinopia because they had some garden pieces I hadn’t seen anywhere else. The designs are cute, quirky, and definitely make the garden feel a little more personal.
That said, I did feel like a few items were more expensive than I expected for what they were. I’d probably shop there again for something special or unusual, but not for every garden purchase if I’m trying to stick to a budget.

I did find some really cute garden pieces on jardinopia, and there were a few things I genuinely liked. But the prices felt a bit steep for what they were, which was disappointing.
A couple of items looked very similar to things I’ve seen elsewhere for less, and once postage was added, it didn’t really feel like good value. Maybe the quality is better, but that wasn’t made clear enough for me to feel comfortable paying more.
I’d probably only order again if there was a decent sale. I don’t mind paying for nice things, but in this case the pricing didn’t feel very fair, and I’d expect some kind of apology or explanation for why it’s that much.

I ordered a garden ornament from jardinopia.com and it did look really nice when I first unpacked it. I’ve bought a few outdoor decor pieces before, so I kind of had an idea of what to expect for the price, and this one felt a bit cheaper than I hoped. The paint had a couple of rough spots, and one section looked like it could chip easily. Delivery was fine, no major issues there, but overall I just expected it to feel more solid. It’s not terrible, just a little disappointing.

When it arrived, the box was a bit crushed, so I was a little worried at first. After opening it up and checking everything, the item itself was completely fine, which is what mattered most to me. Packaging could’ve been better, but thankfully it didn’t affect the product.

The payment did go through fine, but the confirmation page took a little longer than I expected. I was slightly worried for a minute that something might’ve gone wrong or that I’d get charged without the order showing up. The email came through after about a minute, so it was all okay in the end. Not a big issue, but a quicker confirmation would definitely feel better...

I’m not sure if I just misread the pictures or had the wrong idea, but the colors looked a lot better online than they did in person. When it arrived, they felt off compared to the photos.

I felt like I was waiting forever for my order. The delivery took way too long, and there were barely any clear updates, which made it even more frustrating. I kept checking and checking, but nothing really changed. the long wait was just really annoying, and the lack of updates made the whole thing feel even longer.

I might be being a little picky, but I feel like I paid more than it was worth. The quality is fine, I guess, and there’s nothing really wrong with it, but it didn’t feel like anything special either. For the price, I just expected a bit more.

I picked up a set of garden pot feet for my mum and she seemed really pleased with them. It took me a while to decide which ones to get, and I kind of wonder if she’d been needing something like this anyway, because she put them to use quickly. Overall, just a nice little gift that felt thoughtful without being over the top.

I’m still waiting for a reply. Maybe there’s a reason for the delay or I missed an update somewhere, but so far I haven’t heard anything back

I really liked how it looked at first and thought it would be great for the garden, but after leaving it outside for about a month, the finish already started chipping. It’s kind of disappointing because it seemed decent enough, but apparently it’s not made for outdoor use, even though that’s where I wanted to use it. I wouldn’t buy it again...

When customer service finally did reply, it felt like they were just brushing me off instead of actually helping. After going back and forth with no real solution, I don’t really trust them to handle problems properly. Definitely not ordering again...

I got exactly what I ordered and nothing was missing. I did a quick check and everything matched up, so that was good. I’m happy it went smoothly this time, but I still feel a little hesitant because past issues have made it harder to fully trust the process...

I really like how the designs look in my garden. They add a nice touch without feeling too much, if that makes sense.
